Swartland Ostriches has a highly modern deboning and cutting facility linked directly to the abattoir thus ensuring the highest quality and freshness of its meat cuts. Each carcass is carefully deboned into the various cuts for vacuum packing and exporting to the world. The individually vacuum packed cuts are then boxed and exported in a fresh or frozen state depending on the specific customer requirements.
